摘　　要：文章指出高职英语专业教师队伍的建设应以毕业生的就业岗位为基础,进行教师队伍的方向细化(外贸方向和教育方向)、建立教师个人成长档案、指导学生社团与比赛、转变思维、学会创新、并积极投入校内创新创业等活动,从而实现校内教师综合素质(专业能力、实践能力等)的强大;文章还指出应实行校企合作的深度融合,积极引进校外教师,实现校外教师的联合。The construction of teaching staff for English major in vocational college should be based on the graduates' employment, and is conducted from refining education orientation which is classified by foreign trade and English training, setting up teachers own development files,tutoring students associations and competitions, learning to update and innovate the thoughts and being involved in entrepreneurship and innovation activities in order to improve teachers' overall quality including professional and practical ability. In addition, cooperation between school and enterprise should be enhanced and faculty from enterprise and training centers should be introduced into teaching.
