摘  要:基础教育信息化是实现基础教育城乡均衡发展的重要途径,然而目前城乡基础教育信息化发展过程中存在着现代信息技术硬件资源配置、教师队伍及课程体系等诸多方面的差异,影响因素主要有经济发展水平、财政支出力度及城乡居民收入差距等。为缩小城乡基础教育信息化差距,需要政府在加强政策引导的同时,不断加大财政支出力度,形成基础教育城乡均等化供给的制度体系;此外,还应加强对教师队伍的培训及课程体系的建设。Basic education informatization is the important way to realize basic education balanced development between urban and rural areas,but it exists in the process of urban and rural basic education informatization development of modern information technology hardware resources configuration,teacher team and curriculum system,and many other aspects of the differences. Investigate its reason,economic development level were the major influencing factors,the level of fiscal expenditure and the urban and rural residents' income gap,etc. Needed for narrowing the differences between urban and rural basic education informatization,the government at the same time of strengthening policy guidance,constantly increase the intensity of fiscal expenditure,form the basic equal education urban and rural supply system; In addition,should also enlarge to the training of teachers and curriculum system construction.
