摘　　要：从课程评价到课程质量保证体系构建是全面质量管理理念在高职院校课程建设的重要体现。EFQM模型作为世界三大质量奖之一的欧洲质量奖评审的工具,从核心理念、要素、逻辑三个方面为课程质量保证体系构建提供了视角。高职课程质量保证体系要以系统设计、关注课程建设者利益等为原则,以课程建设规划、目标和标准等9大要素及其相关系为框架,以RADAR逻辑为路径加以构建,为课程质量保驾护航。Full quality management ranging from evaluation and quality assurance system is the important part of curriculum construction in higher vocational colleges. As the evaluation tool of European quality prize, one of the world ＇s three major quality prize, EFQM model provides insight for the construction of curriculum quality assurance system（QAS） from core concept, elements and logic. Principles should be considered from systematic design and curriculum developers5 interest in QAS construction. Based on RADAR logic, 9 elements such as construction planning, objectives and criteria, etc and their relationship should be used as the framework for QAS construction.
