摘　　要：气缸盖是发动机的重要零部件之一,它不仅承载着燃烧室内的热负荷和机械负荷,也是结构最复杂、最紧凑的零部件之一。在设计某双燃料发动机气缸盖中,通过改进柴油机气缸盖内部结构从而使其机械强度得到提高,同时其热应力也得到有效减小,结构上设计了具有文丘里效应的天然气进气道,保证天然气快速的进入燃烧室。Cylinder head is one ol the important parts ol the engine. It not only needs to with-stand the thermal load and mechanical load due to combustion, it ,s also one ol the most complex and compact parts ol the structure. This paper mainly introduces the internal structure design ol a dual-luel engine cylinder head. The mechanical strength ol the cylinder head is enhanced through in-ternal structure improvement, and the thermal stress is reduced in the meantime. The natural gas inlet with Venturi effect is designed, ensuring that natural gas enters the combustion chamber quickly.
