本科实习护生希望感与专业承诺的关系研究

摘　　要：[目的]分析本科实习护生希望感与专业承诺的现况及两者相关性,为稳固护理队伍提供依据。[方法]采用一般情况调查表、成人希望特质量表及护理专业承诺量表,对便利抽取的河北省某医学院186名本科实习护生进行调查。[结果]本科实习护生希望感项目评分为2.65分±0.38分,专业承诺项目评分为2.45分±0.39分,二者呈正相关;性别、专业兴趣、是否曾想转专业等方面影响本科实习护生希望感与专业承诺水平。[结论]本科实习护生希望感与专业承诺水平有待提高;积极开发本科实习护生的希望感资源,有助于强化其专业承诺。Objective：To analyze the status quo and correlation between hope and professional commitment of undergraduate practicing nursing students,and to provide a basis for stabilizing the nursing team.Methods：Using convenient sampling method,a total of 186 undergraduate practicing nursing students from a medical university of Hebei province were enrolled in this study,and they were investigated by General Information Questionnaire,Adult Dispositional Hope Scale（ADHS）,and Nurses＇ Professional Commitment Scale（NPCS）.Results：The undergraduate practicing nursing students＇ average score of hope was 2.65±0.38 points,and the professional commitment was 2.45±0.39 points,which were positively correlated.Gender,professional interest,whether to change majors and other aspects affected hope and professional commitment level of undergraduate practicing nursing students.Conclusion：the level of hope and professional commitment of undergraduate practicing nursing students should be improved.The resources of the students＇ hope should be actively developed,which help to strengthen their professional commitment.
