摘　　要：20世纪90年代以来,世界经济的发展已经从传统的发展模式发展到了以信息社会知识经济模式为基础的新型发展道路之上。知识经济是工业经济发展之后出现的一种新型发展阶段,在这一发展阶段中具有知识性的人才、进步的科技对于经济的增长贡献率已经高达百分之五十以上。这也就意味着知识经济时代已经全面来临,人类正在走向更深层次的知识化、市场化、全球化和理性化的新发展路途之中。纵观历史发展,知识经济发展时代要求人才将自身的素质和科学素质相结合。since 1990s, the development of the world economy has changed from the traditional development mode to the new devel- opment in the information society of knowledge economy based on knowledge economy. After the development of the industrial econo- my developed as a new stage of development, with the knowledge of talent in this stage of development, the progress of Science and technology for contribution the economic growth rate has reached more than fifty percent. This means that the knowledge economy era is coming round, man is on the way to a deeper knowledge of the market, the new development path of globalization and rationalization.
