摘　　要：中华民族优秀文化是我国经历几千年的岁月积累、沉淀下来的宝贵财富,凝聚着中华民族的智慧,是现代高校美育教育的重要内容之一。由于受到多元文化的影响与冲击,有些民族优秀文化正在逐渐淡化甚至面临边缘化的危险。随着社会的进步与教育的发展,许多教育工作者开始逐渐认识到高校美育教育所应该承担的人文教育功能与审美教育功能。然而由于一些外在因素,导致中华民族优秀文化与高校美育教育二者之间出现了断层。这就要求高校美育教育勇敢承担起文化繁荣发展的使命,使之成为中华民族优秀文化的传承基地。这也是当前高校创建特色美育教育时亟待思考的一项课题。The excellent Chinese culture is the precious wealth accumulated and precipitated by our country for thousands of years, in which has the wisdom of the Chinese nation. It is also one of the important contents of aesthetic education in modem universities. Due to the influence and impact of multi culture, some outstanding ethnic culture is fading and even facing the risk of marginalization. With the progress of society and the development of education, many educators begin to realize that the aesthetic education should undertake the function of humanistic education and aesthetic education. However, some external factors lead to a fault between excellent Chinese culture and aesthetic education in colleges and universities. This requires aesthetic education in colleges to undertake the mission of cultural prosperity and development bravely and to be the inheriting base of Chinese nation＇s excellent culture. That is also a topic that should be considered urgently in the construction of characteristic aesthetic education in colleges and universities.
