工匠精神视域下增强高职院校思政教育实效性的思考

摘　　要：工匠精神与思政教育具有高度的契合度,在道德方面,工匠精神的培育抓住了思政教育的"灵魂";在精神层面,工匠精神强化了思政教育的目标和意义。以工匠精神的形式进行思政教育,需要通过构建二者相互融合的校园文化、将工匠精神的培育融入思政教育过程中、教师要身体力行等途径来实现,从而提高职业院校思政教育的实效性。The spirit of craftsman and the political education have a high degree of fit. In the moral aspect,the cultivation of craftsman spirit captures the ＂ soul＂ of the ideological and political education. On the spiritual level,the spirit of craftsman strengthens the goal and significance of the ideological and political education. To do the ideological and political education in the form of spirit of craftsman,it is necessary to construct the campus culture combined with the spirit of craftsman and the ideological and political education,to cultivate the spirit of craftsman during the ideological and political education process,teachers should earnestly practice what he or she advocates and other ways,so as to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education of higher vocational colleges.
