摘　　要：云南民族贫困地区的乡村学校少年宫,经过多年的努力建设,取得了令人瞩目的成就,获得了社会各界的高度赞扬。但仍然存在许多问题,其中少年宫的快速发展与师资队伍的配备矛盾最为突出,师资不足、结构不合理成了掣肘乡村少年宫活动开展的关键因素。地方师范院校参与少年宫建设,有利于地方师范院校音体美专业培养高质量教师人才,缓解乡村少年宫指导教师严重不足的状况,达到共赢发展。The children＇s palace of the rural schools in the ethnic poverty areas of Yunnan province. After many years of efforts to build, it has made remarkable achievements and received a high praise from all walks of life. However, there are still many problems, among which the contradiction between the rapid development of children＇s palace and the staff- ing of the teaching staff is the most prominent. The shortage of teachers and unreasonable structure have become the key factors to restrict the activities of rural children＇s palace. The construction of local teachers＇higher colleges in the children palace is beneficial to the training of high - quality teachers for music, arts and fine arts majors in local normal univer- sities to alleviate the serious shortage of teachers in the rural children＇s palace to achieve a win - win development.
