摘  要:当前,新型城镇化建设和产业转型升级步伐加快,对技术技能型人才的需求更多,对职业教育与经济社会联动发展的要求更加迫切。张家港市深化职教改革,整合职教资源,专业围着产业"升级",不断创新办学模式;优化校企合作,实现深度融合,构建校企协同育人机制,培养创新人才;借鉴"110"和"平桥模式",园校互动,助推产业转型升级,构建联动发展机制;统筹区域优势,实现一体化发展,形成加快发展职教的合力,不断放大服务功能,基本实现了职业教育与区域经济联动发展的实然状态。At present, since the pace of new urbanization construction and industrial transformation and upgrading is accelerating, it has more demand for the technical skilled talents and has more urgent requirements for the joint development of vocational education and economic society.Zhangjiagang deepens the reform of vocational education, integrates vocational education resources and upgrades the profession around the industry to continuously make innovations in the school-running mode. It optimizes the school-enterprise cooperation, realizes the in-depth integration, and constructs the school-enterprise cooperative education mechanism to cultivate innovative talents. Meanwhile, it draws reference from the "110" and "Pingqiao mode" to promote interaction between the industrial park and the schools to boost industrial restructuring and upgrading and construct joint development mechanism. It also makes overall plans for the regional advantages to realize the integrated development, accelerate the formation of joint development of vocational education, constantly enlarge the service function, and basically realizes the joint development status of vocational education and regional economy.
