摘　　要：李克强总理在2016年政府工作报告中提到,要鼓励企业开展个性化定制、柔性化生产,培育精益求精的工匠精神,重拾"工匠精神",是时代赋予职业教育的新诉求。企业人员在生产与服务过程中体现的工匠精神,离不开高职院校的职业素养教育。本文将通过分析当下工匠精神现状、现代工匠精神内容以及高职院校培养工匠精神的重要性,进而探讨如何做好高职院校中的职业素养教育,塑造现代工匠精神。Premier LI Ke-qiang mentioned in his report on the work of the government in 2016 that flexible and custom- tailored production processes should be encouraged 曰 the craftsman spirit of striving for the best should be fostered and to regain craftsman spirit is a new appeal entrusted by the times. The craftsman spirit of the enterprise personnel showed in the process of production and service depends on the professional quality education in higher vocational colleges. This paper focuses on how to do a good job in professional quality education in higher vocational colleges and how to build modern craftsman spirit after analyzing the current situation and the contents of modern craftsman spirit and the importance of cultivating craftsman spirit in higher vocational colleges.
