摘  要:晋法家是法家思想的成熟阶段,也是法家思想的主要组成部分,因此,其中所内蕴的伦理思想可以说是法家伦理的代表。从其内在的特质来看,晋法家的伦理是一种较为典型的底线伦理,即它所倡导的是一种具有更强他律性的伦理规范。在晋法家看来,伦理不仅需要外化为一种可以由国家力量维护的规则,而且伦理也是必须能够针对最大多数人的规范。这种理念虽然缺乏儒家那种理想化的浪漫主义色彩,但是却对现实社会有着更强的针对性。因而,剖析这一伦理思想的特质,对于当代中国的伦理道德建设有着深刻的借鉴价值。The legalists of Jin Kingdom (hereinafter shortened as Jin Legalist) was not only the mature stage of legalists’ theory, but also its main contents. Therefore, its ethics could be regardedas the representation of legalists’ ethics. As for its inherent characteristic,the Jin a typical bottom line ethics, that means it advocated a stronger heteronomy ethical principle. Jin legal-ists thought ethics needed not only to be externalized as the rules that were maintained by national power, but also to be aimed at the greater majority of people. The idea had not the Confucian idealized romanticism, but had stronger pertinence for social reality. So, analyzing the thoughts, we would get the profound reference value for modern moral construction in China today.
