教育经济学视阈下高职教育外包式顶岗实习的价值分析

摘　　要：外包式顶岗实习模式有助于促进高职院校工学结合人才的培养,有助于优化校企合作,提高顶岗实习的教育质量。在教育经济学的视阈下,高职教育外包式顶岗实习模式具有重要的内部价值和外部价值。内部价值主要体现在学生、企业和学校三个层面,外部价值则主要体现在其社会价值层面。Outsourcing post practice mode will help to promote the combination of talents in higher vocational colleges,help to optimize the cooperation between schools and enterprises,and improve the quality of internship. In the view of educational economics,the outsourcing internship mode of higher vocational education has important internal value and external value. Internal value is mainly reflected in students,enterprises and schools. The external value is mainly reflected in its social value.
