摘　　要：物流法律法规课程是应用型本科物流专业教学的重要组成部分,其教学模式的构建关系到教学内容的传授与掌握。应用型本科《物流法律法规》课程教学改革的过程中,应该注重学生创造力的培养,提高教师的业务水平,试点小班教学模式,将企业的需求与学习的培养模式相结合,促进学校物流教学实践的良性发展。The course of logistics laws and regulations is an important part of the application oriented undergraduate logistics professional teaching,the construction of its teaching mode is related to the teaching content of the teaching and mastering. Application-oriented ' Logistics laws and regulations' in the process of teaching reform should focus on training students' creativity and improve the professional level of teachers,small class teaching model pilot,corporate training mode needs and learning combine to promote school healthy development of the logistics of teaching practice.
