摘  要:目的通过递增负荷运动实验(GXT),测试无锻炼规律健康成年人的最大心率(HRmax)与无氧阈心率(ATHR),建立最大心率与无氧阈心率推算公式,为在大众科学健身中应用提供理论依据和参考。方法以身体健康、无锻炼规律的健康成年人665名(年龄20~59岁,其中男性315名,女性350名)为测试对象,采用功率车GXT测试获得其最大有氧能力测试结果,运用统计学方法建立最大心率与无氧阈心率与年龄之间关系的推算公式;并将GTX实测结果与目前普遍采用的国外同类的4个最大心率和靶心率推算公式进行对比分析。结果以最大心率为因变量,年龄为自变量,进行一元线性回归分析,建立最大心率拟合公式为HRmax=196.86-0.74×年龄(P<0.001)。从组内相关系数来看,GTX最大心率测试值与Fox的最大心率公式计算值之间相关系数最高,与Astrand的最大心率公式计算值之间的相关系数次之,与Tanaka和Gelish的最大心率公式计算值之间的相关系数最低,4组相关系数分别为0.76、0.73、0.70、0.70,均介于0.61~0.80,属于强相关。以无氧阈心率为因变量,年龄为自变量,进行一元线性回归分析,建立无氧阈心率拟合公式为ATHR=155.78-0.60×年龄(P<0.001);GTX测试无氧阈心率测试值与杨静宜等的靶心率公式计算值其组内相关系数为0.60,属于中等程度相关。结论根据GXT测试结果拟合的最大心率公式为HRmax=196.86-0.74×年龄,与普遍使用的4个最大心率公式计算值之间存在显著正相关,但拟合公式最大心率推算结果均小于这4个推算公式所得到的结果。通过GXT测试结果拟合的无氧阈心率公式为ATHR=155.78-0.60×年龄,可以为锻炼者有氧运动提供有效和可靠的参考依据。Objective Withthe graded exercise testing (GXT) ,to provide theoretical basis and references ingeneral public scientific exercising by testing the maximum heart rate (HRmax) and the anaerobic threshold heart rate(ATHR) and estatJlis- hing the correlative formulas. Methods The purpose of this test which includes 665 healthy adults ( range fromage 20 - 59, including 315male,350female)without regular exercise is to obtain the results of maximal aerobic capacity on GXT by using statistical methods and power testing equipments, to establish calculation formulas of the relations between HR max, ATHR and age. Comparatively analyzed the measured results on GXT and the similar four calculation formulas for HRmax and the target heart rate(THR) that was adopted commonly in foreign countries. Results The HRmax wasregarded asdependent vari- ablesand ageasindependent variableswhenwe performedsimple linearregressionanalysis. The fitting formula forHRmax is HR- max = 196. 86 - 0. 74 × age ( P 〈 0. 001 ). In viewof the interclass correlation coefficient, the coefficient assoeiationbetween the test value of HRmax on GXT and the calculated value of Fox is the highest, the calculated value of Astrand's results is moderate,the Tanaka and Gelish's resuhs is the lowest. Four groups of related coefficient are respectively 0. 76 0. 73 0. 70 0.70, between 0. 61 ~ 0. 80 ,which are strong in correlation. The ATHR wasregarded asdependent variablesand ageasinde- pendent variableswhenwe performedsimple linearregressionanalysis. The fitting formula for ATHR is ATHR = 155.78 - 0. 60 × age( P 〈 0. 001 ) ; The coefficient associationbetween the test value of ATHR on GXT and the calculation value of THR for- mula calculated by Jing-Yi Yang, etc is 0. 60, the moderate. Conclusion The HRmax fittingformula on the results of GXT is HRmax = 196. 86 -0.74 × age, which is positivelycorrelatedwith the four HRmax that was adopted in general, but the HRmax fittingformula is lower than the results of the four prediction
