摘  要:采用平板试验并以丙酸为对照研究桉叶素-松油醇型重整复合精油对轮枝镰刀菌、黄曲霉、桔青霉、枯草芽孢杆菌、酵母菌和副干酪乳杆菌6种菌的抑菌作用。试验结果表明,复合精油在一定浓度范围对6种菌具有较好的抑菌作用,对黄曲霉、桔青霉、酵母菌和副干酪乳杆菌的抑制效果优于丙酸,对轮枝镰刀菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抑制效果稍差于丙酸,对这6种菌有明显抑制效果的应用体积比范围为0.075~0.240μL/m L,丙酸的有效抑菌体积比范围为0.045~0.263μL/m L,复合精油的有效浓度范围处于丙酸有效浓度范围之内,具有很好的抑菌效果。The antibacterial activity of cineloe-terpineol type reconstructed oil on Verticillium Fusarium, Aspergillus flavus, Penicillus citrinum, Bacillus subtilis, Saccharomycetes cerevisiae and Lactobacillus paracasei were studied by plate test with propionic acid as control. The results showed that the reconstructed oil had good bacteriostatic effect on these six kinds of mold within a certain concentration range, and the better inhibitory effects on Aspergillus flavus, Penicillus citrinum, saccharomycetes and Lactobacillus paracasei than propionic acid were showed, while the slightly inferior efficacy on Verticillium Fusarium and bacillus subtilis than propionic acid was obtained. The obvious bacteriostatic concentration range of this oil was 0.075 μL/m L to 0.240 μL/m L, and that of propionic acid was 0.045 μL/m L to 0.263 μL/m L. The effective concentration range of the oil was within the propionic acid concentration range, and their antibacterial effects were basically the same.
