摘 要:[目的]研究链接式教学法在护理实习生高危药品知识培训中的应用效果。[方法]选取护理实习生72名,随机分为对照组和观察组各36名,对照组采用常规带教法,观察组采用链接式教学法,比较两组护理实习生的高危药品知识掌握情况和带教老师的教学评价情况。[结果]观察组护理实习生高危药品知识掌握情况和带教老师的教学评价情况均优于对照组,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]在护理实习生带教中采用链接式教学方法进行高危药品知识培训可提高实习生的高危药品知识掌握水平和安全用药的意识,有利于培养实习生的自主学习能力和带教老师的带教能力,提高教学效果。Objective:To investigate the application effect of link type teaching method in high-risk drug knowledge training for nursing interns.Methods:A total of 72 nursing interns were selected and divided into observation group and control group randomly,36 cases in each group.The nursing interns in control group received routine teaching,the nursing interns in observation group were taught by link type teaching method.The highrisk drug knowledge training and teacher's teaching evaluation situation were compared between the two groups.Results:The high-risk drug knowledge training and teacher's teaching evaluation situation in observation group were better than that in control group and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions:Link type teaching method could improve high-risk drug knowledge and the awareness of safe medication use in the nursing teaching of interns and to cultivate interns autonomous learning ability and teaching ability of teachers,improve the teaching effect.
