略论中小学生口语能力评测

摘  要:中小学生口语教学需要科学有效的评测作为牵引,普通话水平测试的研制成果和实施经验对中小学生口语能力评测具有重要的借鉴意义。中小学生口语能力评测的研制要遵循的原则是:立足语言学习,为语文教学服务;以中小学生口语能力标准的确立为研制前提;以《语文课程标准》为依据确立考试大纲;题型设计需要有相应的自动评测技术作保障。The education of primary and secondary school students' oracy should be guided by a scientific and effective assessment.The teaching achievement and implementation experience of PSC have some referential significance for the evaluation of oracy of primary and middle school students.The development should stick to the following principles.It should be based on the study of language teaching and serve the teaching of Chinese.The standard of oracy should be set as the prerequisite.'Chinese Curriculum Standards' should be regarded as the basis of the examination syllabus.As for the design of question types,there should be a corresponding automatic evaluation technology as a guarantee.
