摘 要:高校生涯教育师资队伍是高校实施生涯教育的主体,包括生涯教育课程教师、生涯咨询师、生涯团体辅导教师、生涯类学生社团与活动指导教师、校内外兼职的生涯发展导师等。近年来,福州大学着力加强生涯教育师资队伍建设,相继组建职业发展教育团队、创新创业与职业发展类学生社团指导教师、创新创业与职业发展导师三支队伍,严格把关新教师选拔,组织开展校内外专业化培训、定期化研讨等活动,成效显著。针对福建省高校生涯教育师资队伍的调查显示,目前高校生涯教育师资队伍虽已形成,但支持力度不足,专业化程度低,成为高校生涯教育教师发展的主要瓶颈。要构建高校生涯教育师资队伍发展的长效机制,需要增加高校生涯教育专职教师编制,明晰教师职称发展通道;构建生涯教育教师素质能力模型,设计教师发展培训体系;发展高校生涯教育相关学科建设,培养教师队伍后备力量。The faculty of career education is the main body to implement career education in colleges and universities,which includes teachers of career education curriculum,career counselors,tutors for students unions and activities of career concerned,and part-time tutors in or around universities,etc.In recent years,in order to improve the faculty construction of career education,three types of teaching staff have been set up in Fuzhou University,including educational group of professional development,faculty advisers and instructors of innovation and entrepreneurship and students' unions of career development.The educational group of career development is the majority of career education teachers,which involves curriculum group,counselor's group and team tutors' group,and these three groups are responsible for curriculum teaching,individual consultation and group coaching of career.The low degree of specialization and professional background and career education as well as the weak scientific research ability has become the major bottlenecks in the development of teachers in career education in colleges and universities.In order to build a professional and high-level faculty,a long-term mechanism for the development of teachers' career education should be built in institutions of higher learning.First of all,it is necessary to increase the career education of full-time teacher preparation,and to make teachers' professional development channel clear.Secondly,a competency model of concerned teachers needs to be constructed.Based on the requirement on teachers' career education in the colleges and universities,a training system of faculty development should be designed.Finally,the relevant disciplines concerning career education should be developed in the colleges and universities,and the reserves of the faculty should also be cultivated.
