摘　　要：论文就新经济时代中小企业财务管理模式面临的挑战,从财务管理目标、组织机构、资本结构、管理手段等方面提出了创新设想,以期能促进中小企业持续稳定发展。In view of the challenges faced by the small and medium-sized enterprises in the new economic era,this paper puts forward some innovative ideas from the aspects of financial management objectives,organizational structure,capital structure and management means,so as to promote the sustained and stable development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
