摘　　要：时代的快速发展对人的心理健康素质提出了更高的要求,高职学生是时代发展的重要力量,他们的心理健康状况关系着个人的发展和社会的安定。论文从高职学生的心理健康现状入手,对问卷调查的结果进行数据分析和信息反馈,从而提出改善高职学生心理健康的六个途径。The rapid development of the times puts forward higher requirements for people's mental health quality.Higher vocational students are the important force of the development of the times,their mental health status is related to personal development and social stability.This paper starts with the current situation of higher vocational students' mental health,and makes a data analysis and information feedback to the results of the questionnaire survey,and puts forward six ways to improve the mental health of higher vocational students.
