摘　　要：黑龙江省近年来在国家越来越重视发展教育的背景下积极建设了应用型本科院校,其中包含了较大比重的青年教师,希望能够通过青年教师的新思想与活力培养更多符合时代发展和社会需求的人才。论文分析了黑龙江省应用型本科院校青年教师发展能力的影响因素,继而提出了几点培养对策。In recent years,Heilongjiang has actively constructed the applied undergraduate colleges and universities under the background of state paying more and more attention on the development of education,which contains a large proportion of young teachers,hoping to train more qualified personnel in line with the development of the times and social needs through the new ideas and vigor of the young teachers.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the development ability of young teachers in applied undergraduate colleges in Heilongjiang province,and then puts forward some countermeasures.
