少数民族外语教育的现实困境与对策——基于文化互动维度的分析

摘　　要：少数民族外语教育肩负着文化输出与培养跨文化交际人才的双重使命,而基于不同符号域的文化互动是实现这两个使命的重要途径。少数民族外语教育中阻碍文化互动的主要障碍包括少数民族文化失语、对西方文化认同度不够以及重"工具性"而轻"人文性"。因此,少数民族外语教育须从外语教育的生态环境、多元文化观的培育、少数民族文化的融入以及"人文性"服务"工具性"的教学模式构建四个方面入手,保障文化互动在教学活动中发挥其应有的作用。In minority areas, foreign language education is responsible for cultural output and equipping students with cross-cultural communication ability, and cultural interaction based on different semiosphere is a crucial measure to fulfill the two missions. Factors impeding the cultural interaction include silence of minority culture, lack of recognition for western culture, neglecting the humanity aspect of foreign language. Therefore, foreign language education in minority areas should be enhanced in terms of ecological environment of education, cultivating open multi-cultural outlooks, incorporating minority culture into the teaching, and building a new teaching pattern of instrumental function serving the humanity function.
