摘  要:利用主成分与聚类分析方法研究了不同无性系茶树品种体内氟的富集转运特性及其归类划分。结果表明,茶树不同器官氟含量表现为老叶(243.59 mg·kg^(-1))>嫩叶(101.60 mg·kg^(-1))>根(7.53 mg·kg^(-1))、茎(7.87 mg·kg^(-1))的规律,老叶和嫩叶氟含量分别在124.10~464.69 mg·kg^(-1)和39.77~256.21 mg·kg^(-1)之间,品种间氟含量差异显著(P<0.05)。茶树老叶和嫩叶氟含量、氟的富集系数及转移系数在第1主成分(方差贡献率为73.89%)中的载荷系数大于0.9,可据此将不同茶树品种聚氟特征分为4类:乌牛早具有较高的富集系数(106.1)和转移系数(39.4),老叶(464.69 mg·kg^(-1))和嫩叶(256.21 mg·kg^(-1))氟含量较高,为高富集高转移型;凫早2号具有较低的富集系数(34.2)和转移系数(6.7),老叶(124.10 mg·kg^(-1))和嫩叶(39.77 mg·kg^(-1))氟含量较低,为低富集低转移型;龙井43和平阳早的富集系数(55.8~71.7)中等,转移系数(4.9~5.8)较低,老叶(264.10~274.21 mg·kg^(-1))和嫩叶(83.04~117.05 mg·kg^(-1))氟含量中等,为中等富集低转移型;浙农113等茶树品种具有中等富集系数(48.9~65.4)和转移系数(7.9~12.7),老叶(203.69~238.98 mg·kg^(-1))和嫩叶(75.72~100.17 mg·kg^(-1))氟含量也中等,为中等富集中等转移型。Characteristics of accumulation and translocation of fluoride in different tea (C. sinensis L.) varieties were investigated by the principal component analysis and cluster analysis methods. Results revealed that the fluo- ride contents in different parts of tea plants were in the order of old leaf (243.59 mg kg-1)〉young leaf (101.60 mg kg-1)〉root (7.53 mg kg-1) and stem (7.87 mg kg-1). The fluoride contents in old leaves and young leaves were 124.10-464.69 mgkg-1 and 39.77-256.21 mgkg-1 respectively. Fluoride contents in leaves varied significantly with the different cultivars (P〈0.05). Principal component analysis results showed that: the contents of fluoride in young leaves and old leaves, BF (bioaccumulation factors) and TF (translocation factors) were significantly correlated (cor- relation coefficient〉0.9) to the first principal component whose variance contribution rate is 73.89%. The cluster analysis showed that different tea varieties could be clustered into 4 groups: Wuniuzao cultivar was characterized by high BF (106.1), high TF (39.4) and high fluoride contents in old (464.69 mg.kg-1) and young leaves (256.21 mg.kg-1), so was grouped into high accumulation and high translocation type; Fuzao-2-hao cultivar had low BF (34.2), low TF (6.7) and low fluoride contents in old (124.10 mg kg-1) and young leaves (39.77 mg kg-1), so was grouped into low accumulation and low translocation type; Longjing 43 and Pingyangzao cultivars were character- ized by medium BF (55.8-71.7), low TF (4.9-5.8) and medium fluoride contents in old (264.10-274.21 mg.kg-1) and young leaves (83.04-117.05 mg.kg-1), so were grouped into medium accumulation and low translocation type; Zhenong 113 and other tea varieties had medium BF (48.9-65.4), medium TF (7.9-12.7) and medium fluoride contents in old leaves (203.69-238.98 mg kg-1) and young (75.72-100.17 mg.kgl), SO were grouped into medium ac- cumulation and medium transloca
