研究生教育质量保障体系建设英美经验借鉴

摘　　要：英国和美国是研究生教育大国,也是研究生教育强国,已基本形成了一套以高标准、多元化、系统化为特征的质量保障体系,以支撑研究生教育质量的持续提高。基于英、美研究生教育质量保障体系建设经验,以"三位一体"理念为导向、内部质量保障体系为核心、外部质量保障体系为支撑,构建以内为主、以外促内、内外结合的立体化质量保障体系,是深化研究生教育改革的关键着力点,对构建中国特色研究生教育质量保障体系、持续提升研究生教育内涵发展水平至关重要。Britain and the United States are superpowers in graduate education with a set of high- standards, diversified, systematic characteristics of the quality assurance system, so as to continuously support the improvement of the quality of graduate education. Based on the experience of the construction of quality assurance system in British and American graduate education, with the concept of “ Trinity” as the guide,the internal quality assurance system as the core, the external quality assurance system as the support, the key point of graduate education reform is the combination of the three-dimensional quality assurance system. It is very important to construct the quality guarantee system of graduate education with Chinese characteristics and to continuously improve the connotation level of graduate education.
