组织管理中心理契约的理论与应用——基于SSCI期刊文献的分析

摘　　要：近年来学者越来越关注心理契约在组织管理中的应用,并探索了心理契约对组织管理的实际影响。以2016年SSCI收录的120种商业期刊为依据,在关键词共现网络分析的基础上,系统性地回顾了2007—2016年心理契约在组织管理中的理论和实证研究,梳理了心理契约的含义、特征、过程以及测量方法,详细阐述了心理契约的影响因素和影响效应,构建了基于组织管理应用的心理契约作用机理的理论框架,并在此基础上从研究主题、研究情境、研究视角3个方面提出了心理契约理论未来在组织管理研究中的研究方向。In recent years,more and more scholars focus on the application of psychological contract in the organizational management,and explore the real implications of psychological contract in the organizational management.First,on the basis of the 2016 SSCI which includes 120 kinds of business journals,applying network analysis of key words,this paper reviews the psychological contract theory and its research in the organizational management in 2007—2016.Second,this paper combs the meaning,characteristics,process and the measurement method of the psychological contract,expounds the influence factors and effect of psychological contract,and thus provides a theory framework of psychological contract mechanism based on the organizational management.Third,from the three aspects of research topics,research perspective and research situation,this paper puts forward the psychological contract in the future research direction in the study of organizational management.
