摘　　要：外语教育规划研究是外语教育研究与战略规划研究的衔接点,近年来逐渐受到国内外语界的重视。现有研究偏重外语教育实践与政策文本的描述性研究,对外语教育政策的规划过程与战略研究关注不够。本文回顾语言政策与规划学科演进趋势和理论进路,探析中国外语教育规划的发展方向,提出战略规划、外语调查、规划报告、政策制定、政策实施和规划评估六大研究议程,希冀为推动我国外语教育规划研究的深入开展提供理论支撑。Foreign Language Education Planning（FLEP）, recently heatedly discussed by domestic academia, is a bridging field between foreign language education and strategic planning. Current research falls in descriptive studies on practice of foreign language education and policy texts and lacks in the explorations on the process and strategic studies of FLEP. Therefore, this paper, reviewing disciplinary evolutions and theoretical approaches of LPP, analyzes the orientation, and proposes agenda of FLEP in 6 areas in the hope of promoting in-depth theoretical advance in China.
