摘  要:护生人文关怀素养的培养是一个系统工程,需要学校、医院、社会、个人实践等多方面的协作配合和共同努力。在"医教结合"人才培养模式下,学校、养老机构、医院、社区四方合作,以"护士人文关怀品质结构"理论模型为框架,按照"设境-激情-践行-导悟"的原则,实施在校学习、基地学习、临床实习以及阶段性的见习和志愿者服务的"多学期、分段式"教学,可以系统提高高职老年护理专业学生人文关怀素养,实现学校护理教育与护理工作岗位实际需求接轨。The cultivation of humanistic quality of nursing students is a systematic project that need various collaboration to cooperate and work together, such as schools, hospitals, society and personal practice. This paper mainly introduces the schools,pension institutions, hospitals, communities how to cooperate under the talent training mode of 'combination medical service with teaching', according to the nurse' humanity quality structure theory model and the principle of 'set-passion-practice-guide enlightenment', and we find implement 'more semester, sectional' teaching, including school learning, base study, clinical practice,periodic apprentice and volunteer service that could improve the humanities care of nursing students major in elderly nursing to integrate school nursing education with actual nursing work demand.
