高职院校深化产学研合作的策略探析

摘　　要：高职院校如何通过产学研合作来提升内涵建设水平,更好地服务区域经济社会发展,已成为高职教育领域的重要课题。该文针对高职院校产学研合作中存在的合作动力不均衡、合作形式单一、合作政策不完善、合作信息不顺畅、合作成果转化少等问题,提出了政府相关主管部门要完善产学研合作政策、高职院校要转变观念、加强内涵建设,企业要提高社会责任意识,要多方合作共建信息交流平台等策略。It has become an important topic in higher vocational education field that is how to promote the connotation construction level and better serve the regional economic and social development for higher vocational colleges. The existing problems about university-industry cooperation are analyzed in the paper, such as the unbalanced power of university-industry cooperation, the unitary form, the imperfect policy, the unsmooth information and the less transformed achievements. Meanwhile,some strategies are put forward to improve university-industry cooperation policies for government departments, such as changing the idea and strengthening the connotation construction for higher vocational colleges, improving the consciousness of social responsibility and building a platform for information exchange for enterprises.
