内地高校少数民族女大学生现状的特点及其管理探讨——以湖南民族职业学院为例

摘　　要：少数民族女大学生在校生活存在政治思想稳定、消费水平偏低、学习成绩参差不齐、恋爱现象普遍存在、课余生活质量不高等特点,高校应采取加强思想引领、减轻经济负担、提升专业技能、挖掘女性潜能等对策,以加强和改进少数民族女大学生教育管理。The characteristics of steady politics thought, lower consumption standards, uneven grades, love phenomenon existed and low after-school living quality, existed in female minority students' campus life. Some countermeasures such as strengthening instruction, relieving economic burden, enhancing professional skills and inspiring female students' potential, are put forward in this paper, so as to reinforce and improve educational management for female minority students.
