摘  要:生源变化环境下,高职生英语基础普遍薄弱,英语学习兴趣不高,缺乏学习自觉性与主动性。针对这一情况,教师可通过优化教学内容,改革传统评价方式,改变教学模式,以培养学生的英语学习信心和兴趣,引导学生逐渐培养自主学习能力,提高课堂教学参与度。There have been poor English level, less interest in English learning and lack of learning self-consciousness and initiative for vocational students under the change of student resources circumstance. Therefore, certain measures should be taken from aspects of teaching contents to optimize, course assessment mechanism to reform and teaching models to change, in order to develop English learning confidence and interest, and also make students learn autonomously to enhance English ability.
