西部贫困地区中小学远程教育现状调查与思考——以新疆阿合奇县为例

摘  要:通过问卷调查、实地考察、随机访谈等方法对新疆阿合奇县22所中小学的远程教育基础设施、资源配备、推广应用、使用绩效等情况进行调查,发现教师现代信息技术应用能力不高,学校基础设施配备不平衡,远程教育设备使用绩效较低,校领导对远程教育认识趋于理性。学校应加大现代远程教育环境建设的投入,强化教师现代教育技术培训,健全远程教育设备管理制度,重视现代远程教育专题教研活动,以改善其现状。With the methods of questionnaire, observation and random interviews, investigated from basic distance education facilities, resource allocation, implement and application effect for 22 primary and middle schools from Akqi County in Xinjiang,the result show that the teacher unable to use modern information technique well with distance education equipment, and unbalance facility allocation for school, and irrational cognition to distance education for principal. Some suggestions to increase the investment of modern distance education construction, force the teacher to train, improve the management system and pay attention to teaching research activities are put forward in this paper, so as to improve current situation.
