工学结合模式下高职院校学生党校教育管理机制创新思考

摘　　要：高职院校的党校教育在学生思想政治教育中的引领和辐射作用没能很好发挥,存在着培训管理较为粗放、培训质量不甚满意等问题。结合职业教育工学结合的模式,建构科学的管理体系,精心设计党课教学体系和创新党校教育方式方法是高职党校教育管理机制创新的策略。The Party School education of vocational colleges does not perform proper functions on students＇ ideological and politi-cal education. Several problems exist, such as a more extensive training management mode and a not-so-good training outcome. The strategy of management mechanism innovation of vocational college＇s Party School education lies in integrating the mode of work-study combination of vocational education, constructing scientific management system, carefully designing the Party School teaching system and introducing new ways and methods of Party School education.
