摘　　要：深化创业教育教学改革,建立行之有效的创业人才培养体系是突破目前农业类专业高职教育办学瓶颈较为可行的途径之一。建立"班级组建+基地入住+项目实施+课堂教学"的"四位一体"创业人才培养模式,从最初的夯实基础到最后的承包经营,对学生进行"五段阶梯式"创业教育,从而有效提升了创业人才的培养质量。Deepening teaching reform of entrepreneurship education and establishing effective entrepreneurial talent cultivation system is a feasible way to breakthrough the bottleneck for running school of agricultural higher vocational education at the present. The entrepreneurial talent training mode was establishing through 'Four Combination'of'Class formation + Base lived + Project implementation + Classroom teaching'. Conducting'Five Stage and Ladder type'entrepreneurship education from initial solid foundation to the last contract management can increase the quality of entrepreneurial talent cultivation.
