摘　　要：《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》对自学考试提出了"两个成为"的总体发展目标。在分析当代自学考试生源特点、移动互联网发展现状的基础上,提出新时期自学考试考生服务平台应具备便捷化、个性化、碎片化和社交化4个基本特征,据此应建立私人定制的个人管理系统、百家争鸣的助学服务平台、客观公平的线上评价系统、海纳百川的数据采集系统。The National Mid-and-Long-Term Education Reform and Development Planning Outline （2010---2020） puts forward the overall development goal of ＂two becomes＂ for the National Self-Taught Higher Education Examination （NSTHEE）. On the basis of the analysis of the characteristics of current NSTHEE participants and the development of the mobile internet, the article suggests that, in a mobile internet era, the NSTHEE service platform should have 4 basic features, namely convenience, individualization, fragmentation and socialization. Accordingly, an individualized custom-made management system, a service platform integrating discussions, an objective and fair online evaluation system and a system capable of collecting a variety of data should all be set up.
