摘  要:专业实践共同体作为职业教育教师队伍建设重要抓手,具有平等性、共同性、实践性、共享性等特征。当前职业教育教师专业实践共同体建设主要存在成员共同愿景的缺失、管控体系下民主参与较少、利益相关者权责不清与动力不足、管理制度缺乏认可等方面问题。利用治理理论中共融、民主、责任、合法性等理论可以为解决职业教育教师专业实践共同体建设问题提供新的视角。With the equality,the commonality,the practicality,the sharing and other features,the community of vocational education teacher professional practice is an important starting point for the construction of vocational education teachers' team. Currently,there are many problems in constructing the community of vocational education teacher professional practice,such as the lack of a common vision between members,less democratic participation under the system of management and control,ambiguous responsibilities between stakeholders,the lack of motivation and recognition in management system and so on. It can provide a new perspective to solve these problems about constructing the community of vocational education teacher professional practice,with using the theory of co-melting,democracy,responsibility,legality of the governance theory.
