摘　　要：大型仪器设备是高校的优质资源,是培养创新人才的重要硬件基础。针对目前本科实验教学大型仪器使用效益不高的问题,生化实验室提出了提高本科实验教学大型仪器使用效益的五大举措:加强大型仪器购置论证工作、把大型仪器使用技能培训纳入实验教学、开发大型仪器使用新功能、促进大型仪器开放共享和细化大型仪器使用管理。实践表明,这些措施建议可以有效盘活大型仪器资源,提高教学用大型仪器使用效益。同时,就实验室在大型仪器开放共享方面存在的不足,提出了进一步提高大型仪器开放共享的建议。Large-scale instruments are the high quality resources in colleges, and it is the important base of training innovative talents. In view thatthe efficiency of large-scale instruments in undergraduate experimental teaching is low, Biochemical Laboratory has put forward some measures to improve efficiency of large-scale instruments such asstrengthening the large-scale instruments demonstration of purchasing work, incorporating the large-scale instrument skills training into the experimental teaching, developing new function of large-scale instruments, promoting open sharing and refining management of large-scale instruments. Finally, three suggestions wereput forward to further improve the open sharing of large-scale instruments.
