摘　　要：随着材料科学与工程技术突飞猛进,对材料类专业人才的素质提出了越来越高的要求。本文针对重庆市各高校材料科学与工程专业人才培养方面存在的突出问题,从教学体系、师资人才体系等角度入手,探索了人才差异化培养模式,培养适应时代发展的合格人才。With the development of material science and engineering technology, Society has put forward higher and higher requirements for the quality of material professional talents. This paper aims at the specialty of material science and engineering for the Colleges and Universities in Chongqing area, the outstanding problems existing in the training of talents are analyzed. The training mode of talents differentiation is explored by the means of starting from the teaching system, teacher talent system and so on. Therefore to cultivate qualified talent who can adapt to the rapid development of the material industry and technology.
