摘　　要：分析了智能制造产业及人才需求现状,提出了"专业+机器人"的建设思路,通过校企共建公共技术服务平台、产教深度融合实训基地、重构专业群课程体系、打造高水平智能制造人才培养队伍等措施,旨在实现先进制造装备技术类专业群协同升级,以适应智能制造背景下人才培养的需要。The present situation of intelligent manufacturing industry and talent demand is analyzed in this paper. The construction idea of ＂profession ＋ robot＂ is proposed. For realizing collaborative upgrading of advanced manufacturing equipment technical profession group, the college cooperates with enterprise to build public technology service platform and training base, restructure course system, train excellent teacher group and so on. These practices suit for the requirement of training talents in the context of smart manufacturing.
