摘  要:医学免疫学主要研究人体免疫系统的结构和功能,既是医学和生物科学中一门基础性、前沿性的学科,又是一门重要的主干和桥梁课程。其内容抽象,逻辑性强,知识更新快,学生往往难以理解,给教师的理论教学造成极大困难。针对这一问题,结合在医学免疫学理论教学中的一些事例,就如何激发学生的学习医学免疫学的兴趣进而提高教学效果,分享了一些方法和体会,以期为更好地提升医学免疫学理论教学质量提供参考和借鉴。Medical immunology mainly studies the structure and function of human immune system, which is a basic and frontier subject in medicine and biological science as well as an important trunk and bridge course. Due to its feature of deeply abstract, highly logical, and quickly updated, many students find it is difficult to understand, and teachers also encounter dilemma on how to clearly clarify the mechanism of immunology theories. To solve this problem, the author shares his experiences and methods on medical immunology teaching combined with some examples, which serve to stimulate students' learning interest and improve the teaching effect in practical teaching, hoping to offer reference for the teaching in the theory of medical immunology.
