摘  要:航运业的CO_2排放量一直倍受环保组织的关注,因此降低船舶能效设计指数(Energy Efficiency Design Index,EEDI)也成为国际船舶标准研究的焦点。基于风帆气动特性及受力分析,结合风洞实验的推力系数极图,建立综合风帆推力效益模型,设计一型风帆助航方案,并对风帆在复杂风况下长时期工作的综合效能进行计算。结合台湾海峡气象数据,以一艘散货船为例,对厦门至高雄航线的船舶装帆后的经济、环保综合效益进行分析。综合计算结果表明,风帆助航船的节能效果显著,船舶能效指数显著降低。CO_2 emissions from the shipping business are always followed by environmental organizations,therefore,reducing the ship Energy Efficiency Design Index( EEDI) had become the focus of international ship standards research. Based on the analysis of aerodynamic characteristics and behavior of the sail,combined with the polar plot of wind tunnel experiments,the model of comprehensive wind-thrust is established. A type of sail aid to navigation is designed and the comprehensive efficiency is calculated under complex wind condition. The economy and the comprehensive environmental benefit of a bulk carrier which sails from Xiamen to Gaoxiong are analyzed according to the meteorological data of Taiwan Strait.The analysis shows that the sail did significant effect on energy saving of the ship and EEDI is reduced accordingly.
