摘　　要：将公立学校交给私人企业管理是美国当前教育私有化进程中发展最快也是争议最大的发展模式。本文首先指出了美国教育管理组织的特征,并用三种分类标准对教育管理组织加以区分。其次,描述了教育管理组织发展的状况,并说明教育管理组织发展如此迅速的原因。最后,借鉴美国教育私有化改革的经验提出教育管理组织这种学校管理运作模式对我国教育资源配置的启示。It develops fast and is the most controversial issue that private enterprises manage the public schoolduring the education privatization process in U.S. This research first identifies the natures of education manage-ment organization in U.S. and defines them by three classification standards. Secondly, the thesis describes cur-rent development of the organizations and explains why they develop so fast. In the end, by learning US experi-ence in the process of privatization reform and how the education management organization operate, China canimprove its education resource allocation.
