摘  要:高质量的教师教育是基础教育成功的重要因素,新加坡中小学生在PISA、TIMSS国际测试中的优异表现使其教师教育得到了国际性的关注。通过分析研究新加坡国立教育学院小学数学教师职前培养模式,Dip Ed和BSc Ed课程结构、内容及特点,寻找新加坡教师教育课程不同于其他国家的突出之处,在此基础上提出我国小学数学教育专业应开设的课程,以期对我国小学教育专业的数学课程设置提供借鉴。High-quality teacher training is an important factor in the success of primary education.The excellent performance of Singapore's primary and secondary school students in the international tests of PISA and TIMSS tests has drawn international attention to the teacher training.This paper aims to find the uniqueness of Singapore's teaching training program by analyzing the pre-service training mode of the mathematics teachers in Singapore's National Institutes of Education,the curriculum structure of Dip Ed and BSc Ed,content and characteristics.On the basis of the above,the paper puts forward the course for China's primary mathematics education,hoping to provide reference for the mathematics curriculum of primary education in China.
