中医学专业后期实践教学质量监控体系的构建与实践

摘　　要：后期实践教学是中医药院校教学活动中的一个重要环节。构建科学、合理的后期实践教学质量监控体系,才能保证实践环节的教学质量,培养合格的医学人才。文章从教学质量监控评估组织机构、规范临床见习和实习、引入形成性评价理念、改革学生成绩评定体系等方面,对中医专业后期实践教学质量监控体系的构建进行了探索和实践。Late stage practice teaching is an important part of teaching activities in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine. Only by constructing the scientific and reasonable quality monitoring system of late stage practice teaching can we ensure the quality of teaching practice and training of qualified medical personnel. This article introduces our exploration and practice of constructing the teaching quality monitoring system of late stage TCM practice regarding organ izational structure of teaching quality monitoring and evaluation, standardization of clinical pract ice and practice, introduction of the conception of formative assessment, and reform in the stu dent achievement assessment system.
