摘  要:针对具有强非线性的电子节气门角度传感器的故障诊断与重构问题,提出一种基于滑模变结构观测器的角度传感器故障检测与故障重构方法。利用一阶滤波器实现传感器故障与执行器故障的等效变换,利用滑模观测器生成残差,同时根据已发生故障的测量值估计故障量,得到传感器故障信息的精确估计,实现传感器故障的检测与故障重构。通过ds PACE搭建快速控制原型环境对所提出的故障检测与重构方法进行验证,实验结果表明所设计的滑模变结构观测器可有效对传感器故障进行检测与重构。To solve the problem of fault detection and reconstruction for the strong nonlinear electronic throttle angular sensor,a method was put forward which was about angular sensor fault detection and reconstruction based on sliding-mode observer.The first-order filter was used to realize the equivalent transformation of sensor fault and actuator fault.Residual was generated by sliding mode observer.At the same time,based on estimate measured value,fault value was estimated to realize sensor fault detection and reconstruction and precise estimation of sensor fault information was gotten. The rapid control prototyping environment could be constructed through ds PACE to verify the method which was about fault detection and reconstruction.The experiment result indicates that the designed sliding-mode observer can detect and reconstruct the sensor fault effectively.
