摘　　要：目的:优化我国临床药师工作模式和方法,使其不断满足现代药学服务的需求,促进我国医疗事业的优化发展。方法:结合我国临床药师实际工作模式和发展现状,借鉴国外临床药师的工作模式,探索优化我国临床药师工作模式的对策。结果:我国临床药师在实际工作中存在药师自身专业知识欠缺;医护人员等对药师认可度不佳;药师工作方法有待改进;目前国内缺乏药师相关的法律法规等问题。结论:为提升我国临床药师工作现状,提出几点建议:(1)完善我国临床药师教育培养体系;(2)健全药师工作相关的法律法规;(3)开展处方前置审核,加强药物事前干预;(4)实施医嘱整合制度,提升用药安全;(5)设置医生药师共同办公的工作模式;(6)升级医院信息系统,加强条形码识别技术的使用。Objective：To meet the needs of modern pharmacy servicesand promote the optimization and development of China＆#39;s medical undertakingsby optimizing the working mode and method of clinical pharmacists in China.Methods：Based on the actual working mode and development status of clinical pharmacists in China,the working mode of clinical pharmacists in Chinawas optimizedusing the working mode of clinical pharmacists in foreign countriesfor reference.Results：Clinical pharmacists in China were lack of professional knowledge in practical work;had poorrecognitionamong medical personnel;was in the absence of relevant laws and regulations of pharmacists and other issues.Conclusion：In order to improve the status of clinical pharmacists in our country,it puts forward the following suggestions：① Improve the education system of clinical pharmacists.② Promote the pharmacists work related laws and regulations.③ Carry out the prescription of pre audit and strengthen drug pre intervention.④ Implement orders of integration of the systemand improve drug safety.⑤ Set the common office work modefor doctors and pharmacists.⑥ Upgrade of hospital information system,strengthen the use of barcode recognition technologys.
