摘 要:目的通过精准构建临床技能培训体系,全面提高医学生临床操作技能。方法以教改班为试点,构建技能培训管理制度,课程设置等形成临床技能培训体系,通过2011级五年制临床教改班与非教改班学生临床理论考试、技能考核成绩比较分析及自制问卷调查,评价该体系的效果。结果教改班的医学理论成绩、临床技能考试成绩较非教改班显著提高(均P<0.05)。问卷结果提示教师和学生均支持临床技能培训体系的构建。结论精准构建临床技能培训体系,可夯实医学生临床理论基础、提高临床操作技能,为临床医学教学改革提供参考依据。Objective Through the precise construction of clinical skills training system, to comprehensively improve the clinical skills of medical students. Methods Taking the teaching reform class as a pilot, building skills training management system and setting up curriculum and etc., a clinical skills training system was formed. Through comparative and analysis the five-year clinical teaching reform class and non-teaching reform class students Grade 2011 whose theory test, skills assessment results and homemade questionnaire survey to evaluate the effectiveness of the system. Results The results of the medical theory and clinical skills test were significantly higher than those of the non-teaching reform classes (all P 〈0.05-0.000) . Questionnaire results suggest that both teachers and students support the construction of a clinical skil.ls training system. Conclusion Accurate constructions of clinical skills training system, which can consolidate the clinical basis of medical students, improve clinical skills, and provide a basis for reference to clinical medicine teaching reform.
