基于德尔菲法的药事管理教学案例库构建研究

摘　　要：目的基于德尔菲法构建适合药学专业药事管理教学案例库,在教学中使用案例库教学资源,以提高药学生在药品的生产、储存、经营、使用过程中的实际工作能力,养成遵法、守法、学法、用法的良好药师素质。方法结合文献分析、小组讨论以及专家访谈,选择典型案例,初步形成案例库;运用德尔菲专家函询法筛选案例,构建药事管理教学案例库。结果通过2轮专家函询,构建了6个维度28个具有典型性和适用性案例的药事管理教学案例库。结论函询专家的积极性和权威程度很高,对案例条目有较高的一致性,构建的药事管理教学案例库可信。Objective To construct a teaching case base for pharmaceutical administration, to improve the student＇s working abilities in drug production, storage, management and prescription dispensing, and to develop the pharmacist quality. Methods Based on the results of literature studies, group discussions and interviews with experts, typical cases were collected to construct the initial case base. Then screening cases by two rounds of Delphi expert consultation, we built a teaching case base for pharmaceutical administration. Results The case base included 6 areas and 28 cases. Conclusion There are high degree of enthusiasm and authoritative consultants, better consistency of cases to assess views, the teaching case base is reliable with high consultant authority and coordinate coefficient.
