中西医结合肾脏病学临床型研究生培养策略思考

摘　　要：随着慢性肾脏病发病率的升高,肾脏病专业人才的需求量也越来越高,但是目前中西医结合肾脏病专业临床型研究生毕业后在临床工作中往往不能独挡一面。笔者在中医院从事研究生培养多年,从中西医肾脏病临床型研究生的培养进行探讨,提出在研究生期间,应重视肾脏病理阅片能力、肾脏替代技术、中西医临床实践能力、临床中西医结合思维能力、大内科基础能力、中西医结合科研创新能力等六大能力的培养,从而全面提高中西医结合肾病专业技能及科研能力,培养出高质量的肾脏病专业人才。With the increase of chronic kidney disease incidence, the requirement for talent is increasingly high. But the clinical graduates of integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nephrology could not make a stand in clinical work. According to clinical practices and the experience of graduates training, the author explored the clinical graduates culturing strategies in integration of Chinese and Western medicine nephrology in this article. It is important to training the graduates and qualified them with ability of analyzing the result of renal pathology examination, renal replacement therapy（CRRT）, and enhancing their capacity for though, clinical practice, and scientific research innovation of Integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine during graduate student period. We can culture the excellent and qualified clinical graduates culturing strategies in nephrology of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
