摘  要:建立"生、师、企、校"四方共赢的物流人才培养生态圈,有利于学生、教师、企业、学校之间内生自我发展动力,形成共融共生的优化机制,调动生态圈中各利益相关者参与人才培养积极性,深化校企合作,促进产教融合,从根本上解决高职物流技术技能型人才培养与产业发展需求脱节问题,在培养学生"人人出彩"的同时实现教师、企业、学校之间多赢。The establishment of the win-win logistics talents training ecosphere of students, teachers, schools, and enterprises, is beneficial to create the power of self-development among students, teachers, enterprises and schools, form a symbiotic optimization mechanism, mobilize the enthusiasm of the stakeholders to take part in the training of talents, and deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises. This can fundamentally solve the disconnection between the training of logistics technology talents and the demand from industrial development, and realize the win-win situation among students, teachers, enterprises and schools in talent training.
